What we collect and why
Ask RAI questions. RAI is the SUITE AI assistant on our homepage and in the SUITE AI Hub. When you ask RAI a question, the text you type (up to 300 characters) is sent to our server and to an AI service to suggest matching Hub solutions. We do not ask for your name or contact details to use RAI. Please do not type personal or confidential information into it.Plan requests. When you ask for your custom SUITE AI plan, we collect your first and last name, company, business email, your WhatsApp number if you choose to give it, your question, and the Hub solutions you selected. We use these to email you the plan, review your requirement, and contact you about it. We collect them only after you tick the consent box on the form.Demo bookings. “Book a Free Demo” opens Calendly, a separate scheduling service. Calendly’s own privacy policy applies to the details you enter there.Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider may record standard technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
How RAI handles your question
- Your question is processed by Amazon Bedrock, an AI service from Amazon Web Services, in AWS Asia Pacific regions, which may include regions outside India.
- Amazon Bedrock does not use your question to train AI models.
- We do not store the text of your question. Our server logs only technical details: the length of the question, the type of question, the solutions suggested, response time and usage counts.
- Your question also appears in the Hub page address, so you can share or return to your results. Page addresses can be recorded in our hosting provider’s standard technical logs.
- RAI’s suggestions are illustrative. They are not advice, and our team confirms any solution with you before building it.
Cookies and browser storage
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The site stores a few items in your own browser to make it easier to use:
- Your Hub shortlist and recently viewed solutions.
- Your place in the Hub catalogue when you go back to it, and whether the plan form has already been shown in this visit.
- Sample data in the SUITE AI Workspace demo.
How long we keep it
We keep plan requests for as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up, and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:
- Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Ask us to correct, complete, update or delete it.
- Withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights for you.
- Raise a grievance with us, and if it is not resolved, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), limit who can access plan requests, and keep access keys on our servers, not in the website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses. They are not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal data.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
