Google Sheets + SUITE AI
Turn shared spreadsheets into structured records your team can act on—enquiries, costing and follow-ups.
What you could do
- 01
Capture enquiries as records
Each enquiry lands as one structured row with the same columns.
- 02
Reduce repeated data entry
Details typed once in a form flow on to the sheets that need them.
- 03
Prepare costing information
Apply your approved rates to enquiry details ahead of a quotation.
- 04
Highlight follow-ups
Flag records with missing details or no response after a set time.
Selected ACME workflows use Google Forms, Sheets and Apps Script to capture enquiries, keep them in a shared sheet and support scheduling.

How the connection works
- Information needed
- The sheet, its tabs and columns, your rate table and who should have access.
- What it reads
- Form responses and the approved rates kept in the sheet.
- What it could create or update
- New rows, status columns and follow-up flags.
- Needs human approval
- Changing approved rates, finalising costings and anything sent to a customer.
- Google Apps ScriptUsed in projectsScripts attached to the sheet and form, running inside Google Workspace.
- Direct APITo assessGoogle Sheets API, for a separate app that reads or writes rows.
- Automation connectorTo assessA tool such as Zapier triggering on new or changed rows.
- File import / exportOptionCSV or XLSX files moved between systems by your team.
These methods differ in setup, reliability and access. We recommend one per workflow.
Availability
Built per sheet and per workflow, not as a general sync. Apps Script runs within Google’s usage quotas, so high-volume workflows need assessing first.
